This user agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") regulates the operation of the site and defines the terms of use by users of the content, materials, and services of this site (hereinafter referred to as "Site"). This Agreement is a public offer in accordance with Russian legislation. By accessing the content, materials, services or providing data through the forms on the Site, the User is considered to have joined this Agreement.

1.5. All disputes arising from this Agreement or related to it shall be resolved in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

2. Responsibilities
2.1. The User agrees not to take actions that may be considered a violation of Russian law or international law, including in the field of copyright, intellectual property, as well as any actions that lead or may lead to a violation of the normal operation of the Site and Site services.
2.2. The use of Site materials without the consent of the copyright holder is not allowed. To lawfully use the Site's materials, it is necessary to obtain the consent of the Site Administrator or the copyright holder of the materials.

2.4. If technically possible, the User may leave comments and other entries on the Site. The User agrees that comments or other entries do not violate Russian legislation, are not extremist, and do not violate generally accepted norms of morality and ethics.

2.6. The User agrees that the Site Administration is not responsible and has no direct or indirect obligations to the User with respect to any possible or incurred losses or damages related to any content of the Site, goods or services available on the Site or obtained through external sites or resources, or other contacts of the User that he entered using the information posted on the Site or links to external resources.
2.7. The User acknowledges that all materials and services of the Site or any part of them may be accompanied by advertising. The User agrees that the Site Administration is not responsible for such advertising.

3. Security
3.1. Your data protection is carried out using physical, technical, and administrative measures aimed at preventing the risk of loss, misuse, unauthorized access, breach of confidentiality and alteration of data.

4. Personal Data
4.1. The Site takes all reasonable measures to protect the personal data of Users and respects the rights of personal data subjects established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
4.2. Placing an order on the Site and providing the User's personal data to the Site Administration, including through any forms on the Site, express the User's consent to their processing (the concept of "personal data processing" is defined in clause 3 of article 3 of the Federal Law "On Personal Data").
4.3. Processing of personal data is carried out for the purpose of fulfilling the Contract (User's Order) exclusively on the territory of the Russian Federation, in compliance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation. The consent is given for the duration determined by the term of the Contract. In case of revocation of consent to the use and processing of personal data, the User notifies the Site Administration in writing or by e-mail. After receiving such notification, the provision of services to the User shall be terminated.
4.4. The Site does not have the status of a personal data operator. The User's personal data is not transferred to any third parties, except in cases expressly provided for by this agreement.
