Kriya yoga meditation techniques are based on internal spiritual work: conscious breathing, concentration, visualization, control of the movement of vital energies (Prana), conscious transformation of the structures of the inner microcosm.
Astral travel, clairvoyance, healing abilities, and more can begin to develop as a result of the practice of meditation. However, these and many other superpowers are not essential. What matters is knowing the truth about the infinite divinity that shines in your spiritual heart.
One should not think that Kriya Yoga is an easy way. This is a long process of conscious evolution of the soul, based on regular life-long internal meditation practices.
Our system, transmitted directly by Mahavatar Babaji himself, consists of several blocks:
- Bija mantra yoga: several hundred mantras that work through all the subtle energy-information structures of a person, the qualities of internal energy and aspects of consciousness.
- Three sets of Pranayamas, breathing techniques that harmonize emotional states, stop the internal dialogue and increase the energy potential of a person.
- Kriya Kundalini Pranayama (seven meditation techniques), awakening the inner divine potential.
- Gayatri Kriya meditation, revealing the energy system of the inner world.
- Sampurna Kriya, the main course, the holy of holies, 18 complex internal meditation techniques of Kriya yoga, leading to full self-realization.
Kriya yoga is a great science that opens the door of many stages of samadhi (mystical experience of divinity). The highest step of this path is absolute enlightenment and the attainment of a golden immortal physical body. The ancient sages called this level
SHIVA SVARUPA SAMADHI.
